It is a one-time payment for the duration of the registration (10 years until renewal) and includes the withdrawal and delivery of the grant certificate, as well as monitoring the file to prevent a third party from registering an identical or similar trademark. The client will be notified of any identical or similar trademarks that others attempt to register, and the client can decide whether to oppose them.
The client declares and accepts full responsibility for all applicable taxes and fees related to the importation, marketing, and distribution of their products through Rakk Fulfillment. This includes, but is not limited to:

If Fulfillment detects that any of the managed products are subject to these fees or a special tax regime, the client will be notified to regularize their situation and provide the corresponding supporting documentation.
Fulfillment is not responsible for any fines, surcharges, or goods seizures resulting from the client’s failure to comply with these obligations.
