The European Medicines Agency and the Food Safety Authority require that there be a technical person responsible for the product, ensuring its quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Through this service, Rakk acts as your Responsible Person (RP) before European authorities. We oversee regulatory compliance, maintenance of the Product Information File (PIF), and responses during audits.

If the labeling changes, we take care of updating the information in the official registers and your technical file to maintain legal compliance.

If the formula changes, a new CPNP (cosmetic) or Food Registration must be requested.

The Product Information File (PIF) is the mandatory technical dossier for each cosmetic product.
